These can be made with or without hood spring cutouts.

Mounting hardware is included.

Running Wam Rods and eliminating the hood springs is a great option. Then you won’t need hood spring cut outs. Wam Rods sold separately on our websit

Bolt the mounting brackets to the inner fenders then set them in place in the truck. Mark on the truck fender where the mounting brackets need to be attached. Then remove the inner fender and remove the mounting brackets. Attach the mounting brackets to the truck fender, and now you can bolt your inner fenders in place.
