The install video is at the Tech Corner on the website and it’s a good idea to watch it before ordering your kit. It explains the different options and how to hide your wiring and A/C lines.

If you choose the option for “pre cut hole for steering column donut” the donut will allow you to mount the steering column to our firewall panel and get rid of the original bracket. The aluminum donut is available as an option with the firewall kit. This is the same donut that I use on all of my builds. See pic.

The steering column donut works with aftermarket steering columns and stock steering columns since they are the same size. When installing the Forever Sharp, if your shifter arm is not removable this product will not work. We sell/use IDIDIT steering columns, and they have removable shifter arms.

Firewall kit is definitely convenient and time saving . This is my first major metal fabrication which is going very well. In my opinion due to the age of these trucks there are some hurdles to overcome mainly filling prior holes factory and non factory. Take your time and have a plan. I did not want to just cover over which you could do . On my 68 C10 I did back weld 3/16” rod on the drivers side panel to keep the panel firm and flat because of the factory raised structure in the firewall The gauge of the firewall kit allows it. Highly recommend this product! Thanks Jason and crew .
